Abstract

The conjoined twins are considered like being a complication rare and serious of the pregnancies monozygotes with a bad prognosis fetal. The etiology remains badly known. A diagnosis antenatal is possible. We report the case of the twins Siamese omphalo-ischiopages born in a rural hospital refered to the Centre hospitlo-universitaire de Kamenge for a hold multidisciplinary.
