Abstract

Aim: To describe the epidemiological aspect and analyze the materno-fetal prognosis in the event of third-trimester pregnancy hemorrhage. Material and methods: Prospective and descriptive study carried out from October 1, 2018, to September 30, 2019. Any pregnant woman with hemorrhage coming from the uterine cavity from the 28th week of amenorrhea was included. Any pregnant woman who presented with postpartum hemorrhage was excluded. Conclusion: Hemorrhage during pregnancy, in particular, constitutes a major obstetrical emergency. It is a serious and unpredictable obstetrical accident. It can endanger the maternal-fetal vital prognosis, which is why early and effective management remains desired.
